Who we are….
Yona has amassed significant experience in recruitment and people management throughout her career. As an owner/manager of a company, she was responsible for recruiting, training and managing a retail workforce through the challenging COVID-19 period and beyond. Prior to this role she gained extensive recruitment experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the UK successfully placing 100s of candidates into a diverse range of organisations.
Yona was also headhunted to set-up and manage the Australian branch for a UK-based teaching recruitment firm, showcasing her innate ability to build recruitment operations from the ground up.
What sets Yona apart is her people-centric approach to recruitment, which aligns with her commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Caroline is a Human Resources and Recruitment specialist with over 20 years experience gained in Australia and overseas.
Caroline has worked in senior roles in many prominent organisations including Reuters, Liberty Financial, Magna Pacific, Central Station Records, Umow Lai, Red Design Group & Oriental Tea House.
In 2007, Caroline pivoted into consulting and hasn’t turned back. Having successfully continued to grow her client base in a diverse range of industries, including: building & construction, finance, media, health, IT, engineering, retail and hospitality.
Caroline’s guiding principle of “client first” continues to drive her success as a recruiter and senior HR professional.
